Directions

From Rt. 24 - Take Exit 19A (Harrison Blvd) – follow to 3rd set of lights and take a left (Rt. 28N).  Take an immediate right on to East Spring Street.  Follow to the end take a right on to South Street.  Cross over Rt. 37 and follow to end.  Take a right on to Quincy Street.  Follow Quincy bearing left at the blinking light.  Go through 2 sets of lights.  Our office is located in the Physician’s Mall condo building on the right.

From Easton - Take Route 24 North to first Brockton exit, Route 123 East.  Take 123 across Brockton (follow 123 signs), until you pass the Brockton Hospital on the left. At the traffic lights immediately following Brockton Hospital turn left on to Quincy Street.  Our office is located in the Physician’s Mall condo building on the left.

From Whitman - Take Route 123 until you come to the first traffic light in Brockton, which is the intersection of Route 123 and Quincy Street.  Turn right on to Quincy Street.  Our office is located in the Physician’s Mall condo building on the left.

We are also located on the Brockton Area Transit Authority (BAT) Service Route 5 at Doctors Building stop.

After Hours
We are available 24/7. After-hours calls are handled by our automated answering system which directs the caller to one of our doctors or nurse practitioners until the overnight hours which are then staffed by our qualified nurse triage service. As a rule, callbacks are made within 30 minutes.  If, on a rare occasion you do not receive a return call, please repeat your call to our office. Remember to remove or disable Anonymous Caller Rejection, if you have it, by dialing *87.

Power Outage
During a power outage our phone system may become unavailable.  If you are unable to contact the office, please call our Nurse Triage Service directly at 508-967-0613 for questions about a sick child.

Appointments
Alan Bulotsky & Associates, PC, offers a range of providers and appointment times to accommodate your schedule. Please call our office to schedule any appointments and our front desk staff will accommodate your desired time to the best of their ability. If you are running late or need to reschedule, please contact our office as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing
Most managed care HMO, PPO and POS insurance plans are accepted.  Please call or email us for information specific to your insurance company and plan.

Payment Options
We accept cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please contact our billing office for details.
