Each year, most health insurers send out surveys randomly to patients inquiring about the "patient experience"  for the previous year.  These surveys are usually mailed out in the spring.  The survey will most likely indicate your Primary Care Physician (PCP) even if you are usually seen by our Physician Assistant, Marjorie Shirosky, or one of our Nurse Practitioners, Dana Blanks, Rachel Weiner, or Ciera Maffei on a regular basis.  If you receive (or have already received) a survey asking about your experience with our practice or one of us in particular, we are hoping that you will take the time to complete and return this very important survey.

We use the information from these surveys to improve the service we are providing.  In fact, we continue to take specific steps each year to optimize the care we provide.  In the past year, our efforts have focused on medication compliance and improved transitions of care.

In last year’s survey, we were again rated as a top performer in these areas of patient satisfaction.  We remain committed to delivering the highest level of quality, and do not want to fall victim to the unpredictability of a small sample size.  Therefore, if you have already received a survey or do so in the future, we would greatly appreciate it if you would take a few minutes of your time to share your input with us.
