Behavioral Health Coordination

Our practice is committed to developing strong relationships with our patients by providing the best care possible.  In an effort to achieve this goal, we offer Behavioral Health Coordination, an innovative service that provides support to our patients and their familes.

What is Behavioral Health Coordination:

Behavioral Health Coordination is a collaboration between doctors and a Behavioral Health Social Worker, that provides critical behavioral health support to patients and their families.

The Behavioral Health Social Worker will help identify and link patients, families and school systems to resources and support facilities, related to behavioral health conditions.

These conditions include but are not limited to Developmental Delays, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), Anxiety, Depression, Substance Abuse, and Eating Disorders.

Behavioral Health Coordination Provides you with:

  • Support System developed for your needs
  • Connection to behavioral health services and resources in the area
  • Collaboration between your pediatrician, outside providers and schools
  • Assistance with health insurance coverage

In the event of a mental health concern after hours, please call 508-584-1890 to speak to the oncall physician.
